We already learned it in "The Silence of the Lambs" that great book and best film in which the psychoanalyst's capacity and the technical profiles on the psychopath end up leading to a game of chess between two minds positioned at opposite poles. Two minds that seek a meeting place, but for a cure if at least for the clarification of a pending crime.

It's been a while since John katzenbach gave us his particular interpretation of that powerful psychological thriller that leads to the very essence of the mind, to the labyrinth that can lead us into the deepest fears or destruction, with an intention of cold psychological analysis that ultimately succumbs to who really he knows perfectly well the springs of the mind: the criminal.

The duel between Doctor Starks and Rumplestilskin is once again served ...

Little could or rather Fredrerick want to imagine that that episode of his profession that was about to place him on the other side of his table, where he now treats all kinds of mental pathologies, would return some time later with maddening validity.

Meeting a Rumplestilskin triumphant and comfortable on his couch initially decomposes him like a whiplash from the past, a true shattering that reverberates in consciousness with the intensity of a fear locked under all the keys of his science.

It is time to open the most sinister game board again, to face that each movement can be a guideline guided by his yearning assassin who only awaits the glory of his most ceremonial death. The revenge in Rumplestilskin's mind is composed as a mosaic of vivid colors of blood, brushed with passionate madness and hatred.

But Rumplesstilskin wants to play before he takes revenge. He wants to finally win that game started years ago. The first movement is his reappearance on the scene after the great trick of the magician. Because his death was never such, but being on the edge of it made him stronger. And precisely that, force, is something that Dr. Starks already suffers from to start a new game.
