Justin Timberlake's 3 best movies

It's okay that actors who arrive after fame gained on other stages always arouse suspicion. “Justino LagodeMadera” was not going to be different. But after a few movies one can judge more judiciously. Because after that first performance in which critics and fans skin the new actor or new actress, a consolidation or complete disappearance ends up arriving, depending on the desire, the fortitude and the final aroma of possible acting material...

Justin is here to stay. He just acts when his body asks him to and as he finds good characters to give life to. Because without a doubt, beyond specific skits, Justin Timberlake's characters almost always have their point. And so Justin exploits that point between melancholic and mysterious that is either suitable for an intrigue film or fits in a proposal for science fiction.

So..., it is likely that in the case of Justin Timberlake the movies are more suited to the actor than vice versa. I don't think we'll see him launching into proposals where the deepest virtues of the acting profession require greater demands. But in what he does, he certainly gets it right, and as fans in general, he entertains us.

Top 3 Recommended Justin Timberlake Movies

In Time

AVAILABLE HERE:

Great argument for a lover of the most effective, populist or whatever you want to call it CiFi. Recognizable scenarios of a future that is almost always dystopian. Classism to have time with which to inhabit the world in a happier way, like Huxley but without Soma. Ways of making a living, or rather the time of life, that point to gambling as the only option to not give up your skin for a few miserable hours after many others locked up in the factory.

But life is a game like in Las Vegas. And you can't expect to leave Las Vegas having fleeced the bank and having screwed the owner's daughter as a tip...

Set in a future society. The discovery of a formula against aging brings with it not only overpopulation, but also the transformation of time into a currency that allows us to cover both luxuries and needs. The rich can live forever, but the rest will have to bargain for every minute of their lives, and the poor die young. After gaining, by chance, an immense amount of time, Will (Timberlake), a young worker, will be pursued by corrupt police officers, "the guardians of time." While fleeing from him, he takes a young woman from a wealthy family (Seyfried) hostage.

reptiles

AVAILABLE HERE:

Benicio del Toro's baffling script for a deceptive thriller. Everyone is lost around the murder of a charming young woman. But when I say everyone I mean everyone, characters and viewers. This creates that perfect atmosphere of suspense where what happened splashes beyond the screen. Because characters and viewers go hand in hand in each scene, in search of a truth that can be found in the contrite gesture of a Justin Timberlake who passes for being a boyfriend so perfect that he reeks of a passionate criminal.

The point is to stay attentive so as not to miss anything. Because there are always clues in these types of stories that we cannot leave aside, as happens to the protagonists immersed in the search...

And even though we have the same uncertainties on both sides of the threshold between reality and fiction, there are always plans that are offered to us in order to draw conclusions that the police officer on duty will surely miss...

Palmer

AVAILABLE HERE:

The most intimate of the films selected for the occasion. Although there is a trick to it because beyond getting closer to the character himself, through Palmer we delve into well-known stereotypes. Those who end up surviving fame rather than enjoying it. Guys who have to overcome fortune like a bad fortune that ends up falling on them like a piano walking down the street.

Bruised inside, Justin presents his Palmer to us with complete realism. Perhaps because only from above can he be seen, with shocking lucidity, what the fall can be like. And then you cling to something, to those little things that help you forget about artificial fatuous brilliance.

After twelve years in prison, Palmer, a former football player, returns home to rebuild his life. As he adjusts to his new reality, he befriends an abandoned child, but his past haunts him.
