AVAILABLE HERE:Creepy proposal that makes you sweat and makes your soul shrink. Survival as a narrative foundation requires characters capable of bringing that tension to you. Anna Castillo achieves it to the limits of pure anguish.
Of course, this twisting of the loop towards a failure in what is strictly adhered to the script has to pinch the person who wrote it to death. But it is Anna who carries the weight of the world, or rather of a container rocked by an immense ocean. Double sensation of claustrophobia and agoraphobia. Being inside the container is bad... but getting out may be worse.
In the meantime until we know if everything is going to come to fruition as it happened to the Tom Hanks castaway (certainly in his case everything was comfort versus Anna's circumstances), we suffer one of the most disturbing plots that makes us lose track of time and space. Perhaps she would have given up much sooner..., but sheltering a life and welcoming it to the new world pushes her beyond her strength, like Ulysses who barely knows where her Ithaca may be.

AVAILABLE HERE:Despite the general recognition that Anna's performance in "El Olivo" brought to Anna, I would like to take a stand in favor of comedy and place this film on a higher level than that and other films. Because in addition to laughing out loud, we enjoyed the musical, a fantastic and ingenious proposal for the three main actresses to shine as a whole. Macarena García, Belén Cuesta and Anna Castillo do it tremendously well.
Of course, Anna's part, with a certain histrionic tone towards the interpretation of the chonniest girl, stands out greatly for me. She brings humanity, a point of delirious good sense in the face of the crazy behavior of her long-time friend.
