We are not few who long for the return of Lisbeth Salander in the fifth installment of the Millennium series. The inheritance of Stieg Larsson it is prolific in new books, thanks to the fascinating universe that the ill-fated author imagined, and that captivated so many readers when he had already passed away.

I do not know to what extent this creative fatality, which gave Larsson glory so untimely, can serve as a spur for the massive reading of everything associated with the characters imagined by the great Swedish author. Be that as it may, beyond the economic squabbles between father and children against the one who was his partner for much of his life, success lives on in a market hungry for more Lisbeth, more Michael Blomkvist, more impossible loves, more twisted arguments and more fascinating approaches in which the intelligence of the mysterious and androgynous Lisbeth stands out greatly.

On this occasion we indulge in the bullfighting saying of "there is no fifth bad." We hope that the announcement of a Lisbeth in the prison, where she has to survive and offer all her ingenuity to overcome conflicts with other inmates, will bear fruit in another good story that offers us more and more of all those mysteries that concern the little and cunning Salander.

While she is in prison, her former guardian, Holger Palmgren, visits her to update her on his investigation, which has tried to turn black on white a despicable framework that served to abuse girls like her in an ignominious experiment that was kept duly hidden to safeguard the upper echelons of power at all levels.

Lisbeth turns to Mikael Blomkvist to expose everything her tutor has only been able to glimpse. And the shocking truth can destabilize everything.
