The 3 best books by Carlos Cuauhtémoc

Carlos Cuauhtemoc gives his novels an interesting empathic pulse towards self-improvement. Light but rich stories, an interesting balance from which a special taste is very satisfactory for every reader. It is not about establishing morals, but rather about looking for the motives of its characters to respond in their own particular way to different adverse circumstances. After reading any of Carlos Cuauhtémoc's novels an interesting introspection exercise can be done from that fiction to the reader's own world.

But I insist, it is fiction (at least in the books that I am going to select here). And the best thing about fiction is that it does not provide indoctrination but rather alternatives, new options and perspectives experienced in its characters, almost always placed in front of circumstantial abysses. If all this is done as an interesting narrative proposal for agile reading, all the better.

The eyes of my princess

A reading to get closer to or even to evoke the adolescent world. The beauty of youth and the risks of that feeling of fullness or absolute uncertainty. José Carlos, a young student, finds in the figure of Sheccid the reason to overcome his own limitations and affirm his maturity.

Events take place around these two characters that allow us to glimpse into idealism, the desire for perfection, but also the inner dramas and torture of the adolescent world.

Sheccid is a girl-woman full of mysteries, a fascinating character whose destructive beauty hides a terrible secret; but José Carlos, who sees her as a muse and destined woman, makes an incessant effort to decipher her and to conquer her.

The story grows in intensity in a powerful back and forth that maintains interest throughout the book, until it reaches an overwhelming drama.

The virus

Sometimes it seems as if the disease stalks us at all times. Hypochondria, in every degree, is a little fear of dying on a small scale. The greatest virtue of this book is the ability to create an attractive fiction in a mystery key that really delves into the insistence of our mind to lead us to the suffering of what is not yet.

To worry excessively is to live a little less. A man dies in a mysterious way; the person who sees him dying, instantly acquires a new, highly aggressive virus that attacks his nervous system and causes inconceivable pain. The sick man, desperate and with the desire to find a cure, tries to decipher who that man was and what terrible secrets he kept.

This is a short story, intense, agile, it reads quickly; It can happen to anyone; It is based on real events, with a central theme: human suffering and how to face it.

As long as i breathe

Deciding to die is a defeat, an assumption of frustration as something that has completely dominated you. It is no less true that the current lack of all value seems sufficient support for the momentous decision to put everything on hold. Three women decide to get off the world together. His motives are much more intense than those mentioned above.

Despair when your own world seems conjured towards your unhappiness does not seem to leave a choice ... What happens when three women, dejected by betrayal and loneliness, decide to commit suicide together? They have been hurt "in the name of love." They can no longer fight. They hatch a complex plan to end their lives. When they understand that they still have a chance to survive, it is too late.

WHILE BREATHING It is a dizzying, shocking, raw novel, impossible to let go of; charged with intense emotions; written from the depths of the soul. With surprising rhythm and impeccable style. It also carries an implicit message to avoid psychological abuse, sexual violence and emotional abuse.
