I cannot agree more with the proposal of this book Free your brain.

Under normal anatomical, organic and structural conditions, a brain is a very similar organ in every human being. The difference between a genius and someone immersed in the mediocrity of the population must be caused by a different use, by a focus or a marked tendency towards an activity, filled by the most intense of forces: the will, and touched by the whims of luck.

We have all been able to meet potential geniuses who have stayed on the road due to lack of will (a shame), or due to lack of luck (a bitch).

Because the objective fact, which is well detailed in this book, is that we all start with the same number of neurons. Brains for all that Creation endows as the most traced of the genetic series ...

Reading this book we understand that the genius, the virtuous, the great talent, is the one who optimizes a universally granted tool, the one who focuses his intentions, his tastes and allocates all the power of the brain towards the unraveling of a capacity.

It can be incredible, we can continue to think that equating ourselves to Cervantes, Einstein, Beethoven or any guru of modernity, is an aberration. And that is probably the worst burden, the most tortuous excuse to remain hidden in the middle of the species.

It is also true that our brain, so repeated millimetrically from head to head, does not work by itself. But the potential is there and the capacity is not something so foreign to everyone.

Focus on what you want to do and gather your will. It is not a guarantee of success (even less in its conception of standing out above others), but it is a guarantee of being able to do something like anyone else.

In this book, Aberkane raises a concept of great interest: neuroscience, which we all need to squeeze powers and turn them into realities.
