From time to time it helps to indulge in easy reading. Graphic novels are a great way to reconnect to reading or to lose weight after a large volume that you have previously been able to indulge in.

If in addition to finding the corresponding holiday in easy reading, you discover an interesting, friendly and highly entertaining story, well, honey on flakes.

But if we add the option of sharing reading with a child, nephew or another person of any age, and always with the same degree of harmony (from a child and adult perspective), the book becomes a masterpiece of its graphic genre. .

With the book The evil big bad fox Something similar to SpongeBob style cartoons happens, charming for our little ones and with subtle messages and winks to adults. Something perfectly understandable when discovering that the author, Benjamin renner is a prestigious cartoonist and animator.

As the title itself indicates, the main character is a fox. We enter a nice fable in which we meet rabbits with little talent, chickens with character, pigs that think they are intelligent (nod to Farm Rebellion by George Orwell) and endless animals in which we discover so many nuances of our human world, that we actually end up reading a parody of our species in fable mode.

The knot of the story advances to the rhythm of the poor fox, a guy without charisma, not much loved by the rest of the animals and who lives looking for something to eat anywhere. His experiences are something like the adventures of Lazarillo de Tormes free version. In the end, you end up becoming fond of the fox and its adventures, and the surprises that its history brings.
