A suggestive title, a question thrown at Nathalie, a girl who wandered lost on the beach, like coming out of the dark sea. Simon cared for her and welcomed her, hoping that the girl can take charge of her life, whatever it may be, once she regains the necessary clarity after the traumatic event that left her stranded on the coast.

At book Who are you hiding from?, a huge psychological thriller, we start from the singular contradictory gesture (regarding the plot) of Simon's humanity. Caring for the helpless, the weak, is a pattern internalized by all good people. But perhaps Simon wishes, as the story progresses, not to have crossed the path of that mysterious young woman.

Returning to questions we soon ask ourselves. Is it a matter that Nathalie really doesn't remember anything? Or is it rather that he does not want to remember? Perhaps he is even hiding something, directly implicating Simon in a spiral into the underworld, where evil is rampant.

Every thriller hides a secret or more than one that makes possible the twists of a plot that, in the hands of a good pen like that of Charlotte Link, they lead us frantically from despair, intrigue and fear towards a vague hope, the one that every person has fixed on survival as he knows that he is approaching his limit.

The problem is that Simon does not know where this chance of their ignominious encounter leads him, and he can only try to sneak away disoriented, hoping to find a way out that only Nathalie harbors in the labyrinth of his mind.

Evil is nothing more than the product of those who surrender to it, the space where the most evil spirits live, capable of seeking violence, pain and death on that plane that they later occupy in burying themselves to continue pretending their exemplary citizenship.

Simon's strength and mettle will be put to the test. His routine life will face a reality that he only thought existed on the other side of the information in the media about lurid cases of human trafficking. Everything would be easier if Nathalie, finally, could answer some of those fundamental questions ...
