Placed forays into romance novel To enjoy a light reading, I end up discovering many authors with both clever and light pen, but capable of decorating the necessary love story that energizes the plot with a great diversity of scenarios with references to historical, fantasy or absolutely everyday aspects.

It is what it has, love affairs fit wherever you want. And literature in general does itself a disservice by labeling this genre typical of secondary works. Which would come to mean that there are secondary readers and by extension secondary people ... We could go as far as that, although surely great authors consider it this way.

The point is that the book Beautiful it is the last issue in a series. But from my own experience, the truth is that it is not necessary to retake previous readings, the story has enough autonomy by itself, and the evocations of what was previously written are assumed as a past that does not need to be reiterated at this time.

The story starts from a point coinciding with so many works of the genre. Pippa finds herself in that typical moment of breakup, a never-wanted break that places her at the foot of an emotional abyss. Perhaps this reiteration of approaches is a wink to every reader who embarks on living a love story between pages, a kind of alternative to real life where to imagine and fantasize, where to empathize with characters who have the new opportunity to rediscover love from 0.

As we meet Pippa, we also discover Jensen. We immediately guess that both are destined to meet, but the obvious does not stop offering the charm of love about to take off, of the vicissitudes that will end up generating it. Jensen is a guy dedicated to his work (perhaps to bury his failed personal life) who his sister convinces to undertake a trip to try to open his vital prism, to force that magical chance that can fill him with life and light, more beyond a job that is just that, work.

Pippa and Jensen, two castaways who undertake a trip to nowhere, surrounded by friends with whom to enjoy a conviviality and an adventure. Until the coincidence occurs and Jensen does not know that his emotions can overcome him, that that girl can transform him, take him out of his shell and show him how empty he was. This is not a formal conquest, of course. Everything happens accidentally, on a hectic journey between fun and chaos. And there, in that space where control disappears, only a single space can emerge for two unleashed souls.
